About VPNLogo

Cross-Border Network Services

Guidance on routes, devices, and privacy based on where you need to connect.

Anonymous, No-Logs Policy

Our Service

VPNLogo is a cross-border network acceleration subscription service for accessing AI tools, streaming, and international websites. It offers 110+ countries / 160+ routes and supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux, with unlimited simultaneous devices so you can stay connected across work and personal devices.

Monthly plans suit ongoing use, with data resetting each month on the activation date. Data packages are for flexible, as-needed use: they remain available until used and never expire. Before choosing, check prices and data allowances on the plans page. The service also offers a 7-day refund policy.

Routes and Support Principles

Choose a route based on the destination site's regional requirements, then compare real-world connection results. IEPL dedicated lines, relay routes, and direct connections use different network paths; the experience may vary by app. Test the route on your current device and target app to see if it meets your needs.

If you have connection issues, use the troubleshooting guide to check for subscription updates, proxy mode, and exit region. If the problem persists, submit a ticket through the support portal with your device operating system, route name, time of issue, and error message. Hide credentials and subscription URLs in screenshots.

Privacy and Data Minimization

VPNLogo follows an anonymous, no-logs policy and does not record browsing activity. You can create an account with a username and password—no email address required. Information needed for accounts, orders, and support is handled according to data minimization principles. See the Privacy Policy for details about what is collected and how it is used.

When reporting an issue, share only the information needed for troubleshooting. Do not send passwords or full subscription URLs in support tickets. Network connectivity and the destination site's account rules are separate matters; check the site's privacy settings and terms of use as well.
